Metamorphosen, die von verschiedenen Motiven ausgehen; entweder als Kritik an traditionellen Schönheitsidealen oder als eine Form des sozialen und politischen Kommentars.
“Stair Falling“ is part of the series Nadalandia, a selection of photographs taken at the City of Women Festival which Žgank has been covering since 1999. NADALANDIA focuses on the artists whose interpretations feature transformations of the body thus revealing a field of “phantasmagorical” metamorphoses originating from various motifs; either as a critique of ideals of beauty inspired by tradition or as a form of social and political commentary.
